ASHVINI MUDRA YOGASAN
- in yoga asvini mudra's Sit upright padmasana.
- Hold the breath and pull up the anus by contracting the sphincter , hold for about 11 seconds and breathe in air. Release the anus.
- Repeat this rhythmically about 12 to 30 time.
